Sunriver Realty

Located on a popular corner near the entrance of Sunriver Resort, Sunriver Realty was designed with a circular steel trellis connecting two buildings. The trellis continues through the main lobby of the realty space – creating the illusion that both buildings are united.

The building exterior has exposed wooden trusses, log columns and stone details. The design includes an abundant use of wood, slate floors, a grand fireplace and an exposed glu lam beam that lines the ceiling inside the lobby. Interior design focuses on natural lighting and warm colors.
