ODOT Region 4 Project Delivery Office

The Region 4 Project Delivery Building serves as the regional headquarters for the Oregon State Department of Transportation. The two-story building was designed with sustainable features equivalent to LEED Silver certification. The building includes office space for administrative and project staff including job-specific areas for construction personnel, planning professionals, survey crews, right-of-way staff, roadway staff, and project contracting personnel. An extensive eco-charrette process was used to define project requirements and assign responsibilities resulting in a campus-type feel at the facility and surrounding buildings.
