Centennial Park

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, BBT provided architectural services for Centennial Park in Redmond, Oregon, a centrally located town square serving as a visible gathering place for the community and a hub and gateway to downtown activities. The park was developed as a connection to existing public facilities and is key to the City’s urban renewal vision. A large plaza with pavers includes a water feature and splash deck for use during warm weather activities, such as farmers markets, outdoor banquets, and concerts.

The permanent concession stand includes a café, public restrooms and areas where vendors can access utilities for festivals, concerts, and other events.

COMFORT AND COMMUNITY

Open and shaded grass areas, as well as indigenous landscape species, are all incorporated allowing for a welcoming park atmosphere for families.
