Clear One Building

Designed for a rapidly growing health insurance company, this 78,000 square foot, four story building is LEED Gold Certified. The design goal was to create a healthy, productive work environment for employees, as well as show the community that the company cares for the environment.

Sustainable design features include maximum daylighting, light shelves, exterior sun control devices, digital lighting controls, state-of-the-art energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems, and regional building materials with other green building strategies throughout.
