We are excited to announce an important leadership transition at BBT. Effective May 1, Kourtney Strong has been appointed Managing Partner, and Kyle Burke has been named Partner. Previously, both Kourtney and Kyle served as Associates and Architects with BBT. These changes mark a significant milestone in the evolution of our firm.

As part of a thoughtful and strategic succession plan, Renée Alexander will transition into the role of Senior Partner. In this capacity, she will focus on mentoring and coaching the leadership team, ensuring a seamless transition and continued adherence to BBT’s standards and values.

As the firm nears its 50th anniversary in 2026, BBT remains committed to design excellence, community engagement across Oregon, and a steadfast reputation for integrity in all aspects of our work.
