Suterra

Suterra, manufacturer of environmentally sound alternatives to traditional pesticides, needed a building designed to accommodate their "lean manufacturing" flow philosophy to maximize efficiency while minimizing waste.

The one-story building sits on an 8-acre site and includes state-of-the-art laboratories, offices, storage and manufacturing space, and is designed with expansion potential to accommodate the growing company's needs. Sustainable features incorporated into the building include 800 pre-cast panels topped by a reflective roof designed to accommodate solar panels.
