Theater Addition

La Pine High School’s 13,000 SF “studio black box” auditorium was designed to house all types of performing arts events including musical and drama performances.  Retractable seating allows for a wide variety of seating configurations, with flexibility for a variety of community and school purposes. The theater seats 413 and has a maximum capacity of 500.  State-of-the-art sound, acoustics and lighting, along with two dressing rooms, a prop and green room were also included in the renovation. 
BBT also had the challenge of relocating a long-standing memorial garden that pays tribute to former La Pine High School students. A new entry and outdoor plaza complete the design.
