BBT has designed four AmeriTitle buildings in Oregon located in Bend, Medford and Salem. The downtown Bend location is a 12,000 square foot office that addresses the massing and detailing of downtown's historic buildings. The design of the south Bend location captures the essence of Central Oregon with the feel of a Northwest lodge. The Medford building was designed as a sister building to the downtown Bend facility. The 14,000 square foot space includes a water source heat pump system, providing efficient, low maintenance heating and cooling. The Salem building was a 1940's era structure that BBT designed in a Streamlined Moderne style, prevalent in late 1930's architecture.
