Design Philosophy

“Excellence is Everything” is BBT Architects’ mantra, and our philosophy is based on communication. Once the lines of communication are established between all the stakeholders and the design team, BBT’s philosophy and project approach is as follows:

• Only experienced BBT architects and staff are assigned to your project. With BBT’s capable staff and resources, the project schedule can be adhered to.
• Working with the client and the stakeholders, the program and specific project criteria are developed, documented and distributed to all members of the project team.
• BBT design team members are excellent listeners. We will carefully listen to your goals, expectations and requirements when preparing the program, and monitor conformance to these requirements through completion of the project.
• BBT will prepare design options for your consideration.  As a team, all options will be discussed thoroughly until the best option is determined.
• We do not design in a vacuum. At BBT, our clients are a part of the design team and we want their input.
• Throughout the permitting and construction process, BBT’s approach is to maintain and foster open, honest communication between all members of the project team. Open communication creates trust, and trust ensures a successful project.
